| Crappynight sleep and its weird sometimes for whatever reason I'm we even have a decent workout after a night of not getting it as much sleep as I should sometimes I do and sometimes I just feel like I'm dragging my butt the gym I kind of just go by how I feel if I know that he didn't get a good night's sleep the night before I may skip the training the next day or just to support the really late like maybe just do cardie or something like that but its I sleep is very important I mean you need to get adequate sleep in order to fully recover and just feel it your best so if I don't get a good night’s sleep that I either take it really easy the next day Commission cardie or skip the training all together I what else on more I this
