Armor: Due to his close service throughout his career with the Shocktroopers, he has obtained a full dress version of their armor, which he will wear when required to enter a surface battlefield. It has been modified with gold lining on the cape and kamas as well as the addition of a gold RAF Crest to the back of the kamas and a gold Republic Roundel to the back of the cape.

BIOGRAPHY
Born on 0:10:1100 ATC (2,555 BBY) in Mithra, Deralia. Attends the prestigious Agoge Academy through primary and secondary school.
Applies to and is accepted at the Republic Military Academy at Raithal, choosing to serve in the Republic Navy.
After the standard four years of education, graduates with honors as the valedictorian of the class of 1122 ATC. After receiving his commission as an Ensign, proceeds to Corulag for Starfighter Corps Training.
At Corulag, he is remarked as being a natural at combat flight as well as quick learner. After the standard year long training, promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade and assigned to the 99th Republic Fighter Squadron.
After five years of service, taking some time to serve as a Career Officer in Recruiting Command, is given command of the 99th Republic Fighter Squadron.
Three years after obtaining a Squadron command, he is given command of his squadron's parent Wing. Mere months later, he is put in charge of the 1st Fleet Starfighter Force.
By the end of the year, makes the decision to transfer out of the Starfighter Corps and into Capital Ship Command, receiving the RSS Dauntless, one of the last Invincible-class Dreadnaughts in Republic service. Ends up assigned to the Third Battle Fleet, and is among the vessels that rescue his uncle, Jedi Master Gaius Valerian, from Ryloth, in the beginning of The Leth'aar-Republic Conflict.
In the invasion following the First Battle Fleet's securing of a beach head, during the Third Battle Fleet's first battle, the Fleet Commanding Officer, Admiral Aril Sovv, was killed. In the chaos that follow, none of the appropriate officers assumed command, so Cross took the initiative and did so himself. He was able to win the battle, and the action convinced his superiors to give him the rank of Fleet Captain. Later, he ends up working with his uncle in the Liberation of the Woran. This, and several other actions in the past, bring about the nickname "The Liberation Fleet" for the Third.
Following the conclusion of the Leth'aar-Republic Conflict, the Third Fleet, still under Cross, patrol the Leth'aar border for three months. Following their rotation out, they are brought into port at Kuat for a massive upgrade. During this time. Cross is relieved of command, promoted to Commodore, and takes command of the Outer Rim Patrol Squadron. The Squadron is given the mandate of ensuring the security of colonization of Wild Space, as well as assisting when necessary in the Outer Rim as a whole.
Following the dissolution of the Outer Rim Patrol Squadron, one year and nine months after obtaining the command, he is promoted to Rear Admiral, with his superiors citing him as the example every Republic officer should look up to, and assumes command of the Second Support Group. His primary mission was keeping the Wild Space colonies supplied and took care of humanitarian aid in the general region.
Following the conclusion of his first tour with the Second Support Group, promoted to Vice Admiral and given command of the First Task Force. Following a unit upgrade, he is deployed with the mission of quelling piracy on the trade lanes.
After holding the command for over four years, he is chosen to take command of the Special Operations Command, receiving a promotion to Admiral.
During his time as head of the Special Operations Command, he is noted as the spearhead of the policies of the newly appointed Minister of Defense, recently retired General Orion Karath.
After four years of service, he is given a field assignment once more, now commanding the Sixth Fleet. Immediately, he is assigned to the Outer Rim Enforcement Campaign and given a dual billet as commander of the operation.
Following the conclusion of the goals of the Outer Rim Enforcement Campaign, which many noted were achieved nearly ten years ahead of schedule, he is chosen to take over the Training and Doctrine Command.
After several retirements over the following years, leaving the RAF devoid of experienced high-level personnel at the time, he is promoted to Fleet Admiral and handed command of the Fifth Battle Fleet, one of several Leth'aar-Republic Conflict veterans to see themselves several grades ahead than considered normal for their career in order to boost the Officer, Command, and High Command grades.
Under a new Supreme Chancellor, and Minister of Defense, the Fifth Battle Fleet is one of many cuts to the defense budget and organization of the RAF. Controversial at its time, and to this day, many cited a lessened defense against sudden threats and reduced ability to combat pirates, slavers, and smugglers. He is one of several officers that openly and publicly critique the plan. He is nearly forced into retirement, but a last minute appointment to the Training and Doctrine Command that is forced by Senate Resolution under the lead of Senator Orion Karath, and endorsed by his father, the Supreme Allied Commander, Lord Admiral Kerraylo Cross, his career was saved.
Following a new Supreme Chancellor, and the retirement of his father, at the age of fifty-one, the youngest thus far in the history of the Republic, he is appointed Supreme Allied Commander.
Two years into his stint as Supreme Allied Commander, Orion Karath is elected Supreme Chancellor, and immediately, the defense strategy shifted, building upon the modernization project undertaken by the former Supreme Chancellor, lending to a new term. Full Spectrum Dominance, which has been developed entirely by himself, taking lessons from the past, and working on making the most effective, lethal, efficient, and devastating military force the galaxy has ever seen. The formation of the Full Spectrum Dominance strategy continued to this day, as he tirelessly serves as Supreme Allied Commander. He is noted, although many say this is merely out of making him a political tool, for being given every award possible in his service to the Republic. He is also noteworthy for being one of the few non-Corellians to be awarded the Corellian Bloodstripe, both degrees. First-class was awarded for actions he undertook during the Leth'aar War. Second-class were awarded for his public defense of the RAF during its downsizing.
